Professional makeup artist discounts are provided at our sole discretion. Accounts must be verified annually with current credentials, call sheets, or agency representation. Products purchased under a pro discount are strictly for professional use and may not be resold.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, packaging designs, formulations, and digital assets associated with DANESSA MYRICKS BEAUTY LTD are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, unauthorized distribution, or counterfeit production of our cosmetics will result in immediate legal action.

5. Warranties & Liability
